Operation TUDUM is an amateur bicycle expedition that takes place on two continents - Europe and Africa. The aim of the tour is to learn about history, culture and the local way of life by riding a bike through incindental roads and secluded parts. Taking such a trip by bike means spending days on distances that take mere hours to complete by modern means of transport, but the trip perceived in this way is much more then just a tourist trip. Seeing settlements and areas outside of usual tourist routes, experiencing hospitality and soltitude, discovering wonders and challenges of nature, meeting new people but testing one's personal limits - those are all things an expedition by bike can give you...
The citizens of Zagreb had a chance to witness incredible human achievements based on knowledge, technology, inventions, culinary arts and art itself in the broad sense. The name of this slightly provocative yet interesting manifestationl was "Touch me, feel better festival". It took place in Zagreb's student centre from 19Th - 23Rd December 2008. 
On Friday, the 5th of December 2008 a big protest against the Croatian government under the name "Stegnite vi remen, bando lopovska" or loosely translated "You tighten your belts, you thieving scum" was held on main squares of all of Croatia's bigger cities. The people responsible for the protest are the founders of a group started on the Facebook social network, but out of 60 000 of the group's members only 2 000 people showed up on the main square of the nation's capitol.
