The goals of forming Metakoncept are:

- promotion, development and evolution of all forms of institutional and alternative artistic creation, sciences, sports and recreational activities and similar interests of citizens, especially youth

- education on and promotion of new technologies, especially the Internet

- technical and other support to civil initiatives, active members and physical and legal entities

- joining together individuals and organizations with the goal of exchanging experiences and establishing cooperation

For the achievement of it's goals, Metakoncept pursues the following activities:

- organisation of workshops, meetings, manifestations and forums for it's members

- cooperates with similar organizations from Croatia and around the world

- issues publications associated with the organization's work

- organizes other legal activities needed to achieve the organization's' goals

MEMBERSHIP

Any legal entity or person of legal age from Croatia and abroad that accepts the TOS may become a member.

Membership is full, supporting and honorary.

Any legal entity or person of legal age that proves skillful enough through a month of work for the organization, supports the organizations work, accepts the TOS and pays the membership fee can become a full member. Full members are chosen by the assembly.

Any legal entity or person of legal age that accepts the TOS and creates an account on the web site can become a supporting member.

Honorary members are legal entities or persons of legal age who significantly contributed to the organization with their work and activities. Honorary members are nominated by the assembly. and chosen by the administrative board.

Supporting and honorary members aren't required to pay the membership fee.

Full members of the organization are members of the .

Full members have the right to:

- be part of the organization's activities

- be informed on the organization's activities

- to elect and be elected for the positions of the organization's ruling bodies

- have special status on the organization's web site

Full members of the organization are required to:

- participate in the achievement of the organization's goals

- honor the statue and the decisions of the organization's ruling bodies

- pay regular membership fees

- improve the work and reputation of the organization with their work

- participate in regular meetings

- protect the organization's property and interests

- full members are required not to complicate the organization's work with their religious and political beliefs

Honorary and supporting members have the right to be informed about the organization's work and be part of it's activities.

Full members become supporting members once they cease fulfilling the obligations from the paragraph above.
